Absolutely lovely location tucked away between ancient buildings but this property is done up to the highest standards! Beautiful view and just 7 minutes walk down to the bus stop where you can go towards Bellagio (very busy and touristy) or back to Como. I loved that we got to recognize the locals which made it feel like home. The local beach is just 10 minutes down the cobbled pavement. Again not too busy, not too many tourists. Amazing little grocery and a luxurious restaurant (Aurora) with stunning views into the lake and mountains also just 10 minutes walk. The property, is very spacious with upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Enjoyed having coffee and cake upstairs while enjoying the views. Offered great opportunity for hiking as just behind the house starts the route to Monte San Primo. Challenging but 100% worth it for the views!

Attenzione in caso di ridotta mobilità: per muoversi a piedi tra casa e lago bisogna fare qualche rampa di scale.
