Beautiful location. View is amazing. Big apartment for 4 people (2 couples though or family with kids). Very quiet. Need a car to move around.
If you planning to stay at the end September/beginning October be prepared for a cool stay. No heating (despite there is AC, the heating option is disabled).
Also duvet been available, no bedding to put over it so a little unpleasant option. And this is the reason for lower score.
Also water under the shower gets pleasant after about 2 min, but no hot option. Cool room and average warmth shower after travelling on motorbike wasn't my preferred option.

Directions for finding the property and accessing the keys were excellent. The decor was stylishly quirky and we really liked it. The view from the terrace was spectacular.
When the sail-shade on the terrace began to detach during a storm, we did our best to make it safe and reported it to the host. He sent someone to reattach it 2 days later (out of our 4 night stay), but it was mounted in such a way that we couldn't use the terrace any more; the shade was just draped on the furniture. When we complained the host said we could 'simply' detach it. That wasn't a simple task at all and left us without any shade on the terrace. A disappointing end to our stay!

"It's a very cool and well-designed place with a perfect balcony and a great view. It's easy to reach and a very good Spot to swim."
