De woonkamer was erg praktisch en mooi ingericht. De slaapkamer was erg ruim en de matrassen leken zacht als je erop zat maar als je er op lag viel dit reuze mee. Ik heb helemaal niet hoeven wennen aan het matras. De badkamer en de douche waren erg goed en er zat voldoende druk op de sproeier en het was lekker warm. Het toppunt was wel het uitzicht op het balkon, dit was fantastisch.
Ik miste eigenlijk een wat grotere braadpan. Als je met zijn vieren wil koken en een kleine braadpan hebt is dit niet ideaal. Voor de rest was alles voorzien en prima.

Directions for finding the property and accessing the keys were excellent. The decor was stylishly quirky and we really liked it. The view from the terrace was spectacular.
When the sail-shade on the terrace began to detach during a storm, we did our best to make it safe and reported it to the host. He sent someone to reattach it 2 days later (out of our 4 night stay), but it was mounted in such a way that we couldn't use the terrace any more; the shade was just draped on the furniture. When we complained the host said we could 'simply' detach it. That wasn't a simple task at all and left us without any shade on the terrace. A disappointing end to our stay!

Liebevoll, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr ästhetische Einrichtung. Gemütliche Dachterasse mit tollem Blick. Sehr freundliche, auskunftsbereite und geduldige Gastgeber. Picobello sauber, nur wenige Minuten vom Wasser mit kostenloser Bademöglichkeit, ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotspot Bellagio. Entspanntes cafe in Laufentfernung mit hervorragenden Cornettos und Kaffee.

The property was unique, fit our group of 4 with 4 large bags and 4 small bags quite comfortably. Our host was quick to respond, gave us local suggestions for food, drink, and beaches. Lezzeno is easily accessible, drove to Bellagio as well. We rented a car, public parking just down the road. Road is very narrow coming from Milan FYI. Would recommend!
It took a long time for the water to warm up for the shower.
