Everything it was really good accommodation. The host Elisa was fantastic and we got lost and were late. Elisa gave us great information on local restaurants and Villa Balbianello.

Perfect choice for visiting Villa Balbianello

The owner was very helpful, she provided us with a lot of information about the apartment, the places to visit, restaurants etc. The apartment was very comfortable, and it is just a couple of minutes from Villa Balbianello, so it is a perfect choice, if you have already booked your ticket :) And the private parking place was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who would like to have a nice time at Lake Como.

Clean, Safe, Close to Villa Del Balbianello. 10 min walk to the square owner offers transport friendly town bus route accessible (know the bus route times)

area is a small town not easy to uber or taxi, easily solved by renting a vehicle or asking the owner for transport (owner happily obliges, very sweet and kind couple) or knowing bus route small two way road, detour is an hour circling the small town

Exceptional

The hotel is in a very good location, about 25 minutes walk to Villa Balbinello, 15 minutes to the boat dock. Supermarket and petrol tank about 100 meters away. There is a safe and convenient parking lot right in the hotel yard. The hotel has an elevator. We lived in an apartment that had a bedroom with a large double bed, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a sofa and a balcony. The sanitary complex is spacious and equipped with new plumbing, plus a washing machine. The owner is very kind, he showed and explained everything in Russian, Italian or English. We had the best impressions, I recommend it to everyone, especially car tourists.

Great apartment near the lake. A short walk to a spot for swimming. Handy to places to eat and drink and supermarket nearby. Great to have a good parking spot!! Handy location for day trips to Lugano, Managgio, Como. Close to ferrys. Lovely helpful hosts.

Great cozy apartment for visiting lake Como.

A big thank you to Vitali and his wife for a very warm welcome upon our arrival! Clean and cozy apartment that is 3 minutes away from a supermarket by foot. Spacious private parking. Restaurants are about 7 minutes away by foot. Famous Villa del Balbianello (James Bond Casino Royale and Star Wars) is also walking distance from the apartment, which is super convenient. Recommended!

great apartment in so-so area

it was exceptionally clean and very nice. it was a very safe building with an elevator making carrying luggage easy. loved the washing machine.

the area is a nightmare to get to. the bus is unreliable and the ferry is probably best. the lake is beautiful but winter was definitely the wrong time of year. whole town was shut for tourism. the owner is a bit strange. he doesn’t speak English or Italian, only Russian it seems.

Nos fueron a buscar al ferry, muy amables y era acorde a lo mostrado en Booking

Un poco lejos, pero en un lugar muy bonito. Lo elegimos para ir a Villa Balbuena y no habían entradas. Por supuesto no es responsabilidad del alojamiento.

Très bien placé, à 5minutes à bien du lac et 15minutes du ferry. Apparemment propre, bien sécurisé avec place de parking. L’hôte nous a laissé l’adresse des bons restaus aux alentours. Je recommande

Eine Nacht in der Nähe der Star Wars Villa

Die Gastgeberin war sehr flexibel hinsichtlich unserer Ankunftszeit und hat uns das Appartment in sehr gutem Zustand übergeben. Sie hat uns auch gute Restaurants für das Abendessen empfohlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Helaas was villa Balbianello gesloten. Geen ontbijt of koffie beschikbaar. Wel in het cenrum

De bedden waren goed en we sliepen allemaal lekker. Tv zat op het internet ( YouTube gekeken)

Grootste probleem was dat er Geen ontbijt was. Voor deze prijs verwacht je dat wel. En Speciaal voor de villa Balbianello daar overnacht. echter was deze op maandag gesloten. Helaas kwamen wij ter plaatsen daar pas achter. ( eigen schuld) Helaas moesten wij verder met onze reis.

Une étape qui devait être de repos et qui ne le fut pas!

La place de parking privée et son emplacement qui se trouve à moins de 400 m du lac. L’embarcadère est lui à 1,2 km.

Il faisait chaud dehors et seulement des ventilateurs plafonniers !! Compte tenu du prix je trouve que le manque de climatisation est une erreur surtout que dans la chambre le sélecteur de vitesse du ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas bien (piles faibles !?) Enfin dormir sur le divans qui se trouve dans la cuisine côté route quand il fait chaud et qu’ouvrir la fenêtre signifie qu’il va y avoir du bruit devient une gageure (c’est en fait un appartement pour 2 personnes, pas plus)

Très bel emplacement pour éviter les zones ultra chics et huppées.

l'emplacement est super : supermarché accessible à pieds, village situé au milieu de la Greenway magnifique, villa Balbianello accessible à pieds également. Le parking est important vu l'étroitesse des villages et des rues sans trottoir

il nous a manqué du soleil :)
