Die nette kleine Hotelanlage in sehr ruhiger Lage direkt am Wasser. Schöne, traditionelle Zimmer mit luftigem modernen Open-Air-Badezimmer. Schmackhaftes Essen. Man kann nett vorm Zimmer sitzen und die vorbeifahrenden Boote beobachten. Zu Fuss kann man zum Fähranleger gehen ( ca. 600 Meter) und dort mit dem Boot bis Aleppey fahren, dauert eine knappe Stunde.

Würde mir ein besseres Kundenmanagement wünschen. Und eine Speisekarte für Frühstück und Abendessen. Für uns war nicht transparent, welche Möglichkeiten gegeben sind, es wurden uns auch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten nicht aufgezeigt. So bekamen wir z B. zum Frühstück Reis mit Kirchererbsen. Am Nachbartisch wurden indische Gäste mit unterschiedlichen verschiedenen Curries und Speisen bedient. Wir vermissten das Gefühl, dass man sich um uns kümmert und uns den Aufenthalt möglichst positiv gestalten möchte.

Very good location, and excellent staff especially Aswathy - front desk manager - who went out of her way to help. Also 2 support staff to Aswathy who were very helpful. however thé resort is very short staffed with just 3 personnel across many cottages; plus there is no night duty staff where water tank gets empty and you have no water in flush or taps. Plus toilets were clogged with toilet paper blockage from previous guests with cheap toilet flushes without adequate force. No repair personnel. And we had to use toilets in some other cottage which was mighty cumbersome.

Though reserved on booking app with credit card as guaranty, received an email with a link that asked us to pay before we arrived while booking app discourages users to click on links and pay. So we contacted hotel and they said booking is confirmed and we can travel. Once we reached, staff had no information about booking. We had to wait nearly 2 hours because booking desk is in another city, thé resort is somewhere else - they could not get confirmation. We lost valuable time. Plus only 3 staff - they are excellent - however are stretched thin.

Location was good and heritage buildings. Outdoor bathrooms. Organised boat trip was pleasant.

Poor signage to property-taxi drivers unable to find it. Poor staff communication- not orientated to overseas visitors. No menu or photos or. suggestions for food. Limited breakfast options. No mosquito protection for rooms. No room tea making facilities. Poor wifi.
