    We went to property, all over property there was construction and renovation work going on. With all the sound and chaos they told we will upgrade you. However upgraded property was more bad which was an island stay. There were no proper arrangements. No hospitality. Then and there we have cancelled the property. However without us informing they checked us in the app. We never stayed in the property and left the property right away looking for a better stay. Still not getting the money. Never visiting here or suggesting any of our friends.

    The ambience and view was very nice.. Staff was very friendly.. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was over priced.. Pool was good

    We booked a premium room, but was offered a honeymoon room on arrival. The honeymoon rooms are on an island that can be reached by a boat (it takes 2 minutes). However, the island itself is not maintained well. The room was clean, but there was no wifi, no telephone, some of the plug points did not work, the door jammed in the frame, the outside was unkempt and full of weeds. There is no staff on the island, and for any service, you have to call reception and ask them to come over in the boat. This takes a lot of time. If you have your meals delivered to your room, be ready to wait for at least an hour and a half before somebody brings the food. The staff is polite, but not very competent and seemed forgetful. The food was also not good. The options available on the menu card were limited (you get more options in a roadside dhaba) and the cooking was poor. All in all, had I not received a heavy discount from Agoda, I would have felt cheated. They have a brilliant locations, but they have to work on prompt service on the island. There must be a kitchen and 24-hour staff on the island, otherwise the guests will feel like they have been marooned on an island.
