Stylish 3 Bedrooms Villa Amaya, Close to the beach

We stayed at the villa as family of 4 and we really enjoyed it. The villa is very spacious, and has a huge pool, which was really nice and taken care of. The staff was also really lovely, offering us towel exchange every few days and setting up all rooms often. Villa is eqquiped well for an easy holiday. The area of the villa is quite calm, the street is safe. Communication with the host is also very easy, providing us with all information about neighbourhood and Uluwatu area as well. Overall we really liked our stay and would recommend it.

We loved the layout of the property and it was super spacious especially having the upstairs terrace as well as the swimming pool downstairs. This villa would be great for a group of friends as each room is quite private and there is a lot of space.

It wasn’t cleaned to a great standard when we arrived. The freezer,microwave, kitchen towels had all been used or stained in some way. There was also a lot of bugs in the property and I know that is common for Bali, but we felt like because the doors didn’t have any sealing to them a lot of bugs got in like spiders and creepy crawlies which made us feel on edge. We felt like this property had high potential given the space and location but the quality just wasn’t great, on the last day the pool turned green and the staff turned up extra early (before 9am) to start pumping the pool before the new guests arrived. There was also two power cuts which didn’t last long and the staff were able to fix it via guiding us through WhatsApp.

Die Lage war eigentlich gut, aber es war abends sehr laut. Die Villa war wirklich schön, aber definitiv nicht neu. Der Pool war sehr schön, hat sich aber nach zwei Tagen grünlich gefärbt.

Nach näherem betrachten war leider vieles dreckig. Zwei von drei Bädern haben durch den Abfluss extrem gestunken. Die Küche war nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden. Zuletzt waren noch überall sehr viele Ameisen, die ins Haus gekommen sind. Vor allem im Wohnbereich und auf der Couch.
