Villa Padang Senang - Tropical Luxe 3BR, Short Walk to the Beach

Prachtige luxe villa. Heel groot. Heel mooi ingericht. Fijne keuken. Mooie zit hoek met een heerlijke bank. Winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Fijne manager die een welkomstdrankje had klaar gezet en alles uitlegde.

De vllla ligt naast andere villa’s en worden veel door jongeren gehuurd. Dag dat we aankwamen schalde de harde muziek uit de speakers van de buren. Uluwatu is ook echt mega druk en totaal niet authentiek meer. Ik had me hier vooraf even beter in moeten verdiepen. De villa is wel geluidsdicht dus uiteindelijk niet heel veel last gehad van geluiden maar als je met een gezin reist zou ik een ander plek kiezen.

Abit was a lovely host/contact. Stunning aesthetics/decor with a large dining/ living areas. Couch and beds were comfy. Large pool with full sun exposure, enough loungers for the group. Aircons worked great and were quiet. Location was great for the places we were visiting.

Room wasn't ready for check in at 2pm due to accepting a late check-out before us. Meant we were not able to get in after travelling for 2.5 hours. Toilets smelt like rotten cabbage throughout the day. Construction was happening right next door for the duration of our stay, and we were not advised beforehand. Heaps of bugs were in the pool, and couldn't have doors open or bugs would come inside. The tiles were super slippery from the humidity, needed to be really careful walking around/ up the stairs. Power also went out for a couple of hours on the first night - no aircon or running water.
