Bright & Spacious 3-Bed Rotherham Home Ideal for Families or Contractors

100% I fully recommend this property. I stayed with my family. Lovely clean 3 bedroomed property in a quiet location. Everything you would need in the house is provided. Comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is a big room with an en-suite. Free off road parking. Tesco Express within a 2 minute walk. Other supermarkets a short drive away. Hungry Horse pub restaurant a short 5 minute drive away.

I had no issues with the house

The property was spotlessly clean, very homely and comfortable. Lots of space for everyone. Ideally located lots of shops around. The hosts very amazing and were very quick with any requests we had. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing to not like.

It was located close to the Utilita arena, had everything we needed, was easy to find and check in/out instructions were clear.

Nothing it was all great, maybe just a suggestion for all bedrooms to have a full length mirror and not all had a bedside lamp or table

The property is a new build and is a good size. The windows and doors are all secure with locks provided and have no drafts. The kitchen had plenty of glasses crockery and cutlery but does need more kitchen utensils for comfort and ease. Bedding and towels provided were clean and carpets were clean.

The WiFi did not work and the tv is not set up to have full use due to WiFi. The amenities need to be updated. The bathroom have a shower and a bath but the shower is better suited to children as it is small for the average adult and not suitable for even a slight plus sized person. Bedrooms The beds are all small doubles. The top bedroom would be better suited with a king size bed and there needs to be more storage as there is plenty of space for more storage in two of the bedrooms. The top en-suite needs a hook so the window can be open. Unfortunately there are no drawers and just one single rail in only two of the bedrooms which is not suitable for people staying longer than one night as we were a family of 6 staying for three nights. Kitchen The kitchen needs more utensils, a new bin as the lid is broken which causes the kitchen to smell and unfortunately the outside bins were full and over flowing so we struggled disposing of our waste. Most of the kitchen chairs were loose and had missing screws. Living room. The living room needs more furniture such as another sofa or arm chair as there is just one three seater sofa. Also needs a lamp. More curtains are needed to cover each window as the house gets hot because some windows are bare or have only one curtain. There should be an iron and ironing board and tea coffee sugar as this is provided usually in even budget hotels caravans and guest houses. For the price per night you would expect to have access to these basic amenities. In addition use of a fully working hoover and mop dustpan and brush cleaning clothes and bleach or at-least a pack of anti bacterial wipes to keep the house hygienic during the stay.
