The apartment has everything to need. Great location close to many attractions and supermarket. Neko was very kind, cooperative and supportive.
No free parking, but it’s not a big issue there is close parking area with 15-30 GEL a day. Only one AC in living area, but we managed.

Appartamento in posizione centrale in area pedonale . Da qui si raggiungono a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città vecchia . Considerato che era aprile non abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare parcheggio nelle zone limitrofe , ma bisogna scaricare l'app. per effettuare il pagamento . L'appartamento è dotato di 2 grandi camere da letto e grande soggiorno con cucina a vista , ci sono 2 bagni non eccessivamente grandi , per chi è abituato manca il bidet
Migliorerei la cura di qualche particolare che abbiamo trovato rotto ( es. attaccapanni o mensola in bagno ) e anche una pulizia un po' più accurata nelle zone meno visibili ( es. sotto il letto )

The apartment was excellent
the apartment was above a bar, which I did not know when booking . Bar staff played loud music outside at 3am. The apartment above had a roof terrace immediately above my bedroom, they scraped chairs until early hours of the morning. Very difficult to sleep at night

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Luxury Orbeliani Escape! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Tbilisi with everything close by. The apartment is stylish, spotless, and super comfortable. Honestly, we’ve never had such a good experience anywhere in Georgia before! The host was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
