Central 2 Bed Apartment - Free WiFi!

Well where do I begin about this apartment. Firstly I did not receive any messages telling me how to check in or enter the building. It was only after 4pm when I messaged did I get a text with info. Then we go to details of the room...The first apartment we were booked in...we walked in and there was a broken wine glass in the bedroom with smashed glass all over the hallway, bathroom and bedroom. As we tried to contain the children in one bedroom and go and look to find something to clean up with, we realised very quickly that there was absolutely nothing to clean with, no dustpan no brush. Also that the place had not been cleaned. It was filthy. There were dead bugs and dead flies on the windowsill. Thick layers of dust. Crumbs on the floor. There was no kettle, no kitchen sponge - nothing Thankfully the emergency contact was able to move us into another room... Outwardly looked relatively better until we tried to get into the bed. The sheets were visibly mouldy (see pics) one of the bedsheets had a blood stain. There were additional yellow stains. We swapped bedsheets from the first room and had to make the bed ourselves. Absolutely vile and disgusting place. Would not recommend. The maintenance bloke went out of his way to be helpful but was clear that he was only building maintenance. The person who was meant to manage our booking was actually on a flight out of the country. So if Callum hadn't helped us we'd have been stranded! There is no functional shelf in the bathroom... literally just a sink and shower. No shelf to rest any toiletries. The mirror was so high up at 5ft 5 I could only see my forehead and I could see my eyes if I tiptoed. No extra bed linen or pillows. One pillow per person. The door of the apartment unlocks itself automatically after a few hours. Every time we left the apartment and came back the door was open! Absolutely couldn't believe this. Thankfully we didn't leave anything valuable.

Very new facilities. Bedrooms quite spacious. Stayed on 3rd floor and there was a lift. Great Value for money.

Mirrors! I am quite short and the only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom and situated too high for me haha. Some larger / longer mirrors in bedrooms would be handy. The TVs weren't set up yet ( I think we were the first guests, tbh).
