A nice apartment near to station and shops,parking included in price. Television reception patchy

24 hour support was helpful when we had a problem with the door lock

Instructions on how to operate the cooker and fire in the lounge would have been useful, as we had problems with both

Basic flat, fine for a short work stay, nothing to get excited about.

Convenient, easy to find, handy parking, spacious flat.

This feels like a basic rental flat, not a holiday stay. The blinds were missing in the kitchen, and broken in the bathroom. The floor is dodgy in the hallway. It's all a bit tired. The mattresses feel cheap, in fact everything feels cheap. It's got what you need, it's clean, and it's fine for a cheap short stay, just nothing to get excited about.

The curtains let the flat down. Bedroom curtains hanging on with just 3 hooks!! Don't fit properly and look awful. The living room curtains are the same. Not enough hooks to hang them nice and they don't fit properly to close. The blind need replacing in bathroom. Very hard to close and marks on it.

Great place but needs updating.

The location was great, very quiet & close to amenities.

The decor is tired, could do with updating- fixtures & fitting. More utensils in the kitchen (needed new ones as these were badly stained). Very dusty blinds in the living room- white powder getting on clothes etc

location was close to all amenities, lots of space for everyone, towels were new and smelt good!

could do with black out curtains/ black out blind in the bedrooms the rooms were bright in the morning which woke me early- nothing a throw over the curtains couldn’t fix but thought I’d mention

Lovely, clean, comfortable. Being able to take our cat was the main reason we booked. Off road parking, 2 minute walk to town centre. Good communication

Perfect for visiting my mum in her nursing home in Castlethorpe.

Central location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

1 text and 1 email asking how to obtain keys went ignored. Eventually received a reply after leaving a voicemail. Garden not secure so keep an eye on dogs so they don't run out into the busy road.
