Fantastic apartment. Great facilities and good location, especially for the cogwheel train up Mount Pilatus and the train to Lucerne. Annamarie was very welcoming and helpful if we needed information.

The apartments are very clean, homey, comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The apartments are perfectly equipped, everything is though out to the smallest detail to make the stay as comfortable as at home (all needed is by your hand- lots of kitchen stuff like at home (even baking paper, fondue set, etc.), lots of useful bathroom stuff in addition to basic set of soap, shower gel and shampoo. Great bonus for us travelling with a toddler were feeding table for a baby and changing table in addition to a crib - such a useful detail making our stay much more comfortable. Spacious and cozy rooms, very clean. Great bonus is a balcony/terrace. Fast and stable wifi. The host Annamarie is amazing - very caring, kind, attentive to details, friendly and positive. She made us feel very welcomed. She prepared a welcoming set of fruits, cookies and candies, which was very pleasant to have after a long trip. She was so kind to propose us extra meal at night when heard that we were hungry and arrived after all stores were closed. It was easy to stay in contact with the host, Annamarie responded very quickly in chat, providing all the answers, guidance and support. It was a great pleasure to stay in the apartments!
