The location within Cholpon-Ata is great, steps away from the Globus supermarket. The grandpa running the guesthouse was kind and showed us around when we checked in. There is also a spot to park your car inside the complex.
Unfortunately, the room, and most importantly the bathroom, wasn't clean at all. There was dirt/hairs in the toilet bowl and the shower floor was greasy. There was almost no toilet paper, no soap and no toiletries. Also, hot water only lasted for about 10 minutes. All in all, there is a need to work on cleanliness and amenities for the place to reach its "maximum" potential :)
