Bon emplacement, personnel très gentil, lits confortables. La chambre était grande. Nous avons apprécié avoir été "upgradé" dans l'hotel.
Les chambres sont pourraient être mieux insonorisées (on entend un peu la route et les autres chambres)

Habitación con una vista inmejorable. Personal del hotel amable. Camas cómodas, habitación familiar amplia, con dos habitaciones y un baño.
No hay nadie en recepción durante la noche. El hotel ha quedado algo viejo. Nos ha parecido algo caro para lo que era el hotel, imagino será por la ubicación y zona en donde se encuentra.

Great location in a beautiful village in Krattigen. The scenic view of the vast lake Thun and surrounding mountains is mesmerizing. The owner is a very friendly and helping person.
Everything was great. May be an improvement can be to revamp shower unit by replacing the shower hand unit so that water comes gently on you.
