Evas Place is just perfect! Really nice and spacious apartments, with everything you need in it. And the view was amazing. We had a really great time staying with Eva and she is such a lovely person. She was always available and took great care of everything. I'm coming definitely back in summer 🫶🏻

Incredible views for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely stunning views from the pink and president apartments and more than enough space for a very comfy stay. Eva who runs the property is also lovely and made us feel very welcome and was available if we needed anything.

Eva was a perfect hostess and helped with all our needs - the view was incredible day or night.

The view was out of this world! The room was quite small, but it was just the sort of place you'd want to stay for your first time in Switzerland. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom's a one-person deal. It's a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the small town and the restaurants there. Much nicer than in Interlaken itself for noise and crowds.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Eva's very gorgeous Swiss mountain chalet. it was THE PERFECT stay and our apartment had everything we could ask for. We had the most wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, beds are super comfy, everything we needed was there. We travel around the world a lot and this by far was one of our best stays. The views from our apartment were stunning and breathtaking. We were lucky to stay in the presidential suite, which has 180 degree views with balcony wrapped around the entire apartment. you don't really want to leave. We loved the TV which had the most TV channels i ever had in a vacation place. Eva is the most wonderful person and host you will ever meet. Super friendly and helpful with local tips. it was a 5 star experience for us from start to finish! We can recommend staying at Eva’s with the highest recommendations!

Brilliant location in a beautiful and relaxed part of Switzerland, with a not so calm accommodation

Brilliant location in a serene village on the Thunersee, smackbang in the middle of an outstandingly beautiful part of Switzerland. A very good spot for all kinds of day trips into nature or towns. Simple but good facilities on the ground floor for storing and preparing food. Host very responsive, check-in very easy, adequate parking space.

The double room facilities are rather sparse with a tiny bathroom (disfunctional toilet flush was fixed fast after notifying the host) and an even tinier tv. More importantly, especially for those staying on the 2nd floor: be aware that unlike with the average 'Ferienwohnung' the host family lives on the top floor of the house and they are there most of the time. Lacking their own substantial outside space, they lead a very active life around the accommodation, which can make your stay feel like you are intruding in someone else's life (or the other way around?). Expect children frequently stomping, jumping and running around indoors (the ceiling barely stayed up) and playing table tennis outdoors, and as a bonus you could receive an unrequested shower on your balcony when apparently it's time to water the plants one level up. All a bit of a contrast to the calm surroundings.

Remodeled old property very unsuitable for people traveling with public transport

Pros: They provided a small kitchen that was helpful and The couple was friendly and helpful

Cons: A) The location isn't suitable for traveling with public transport. To reach the property, you have to climb a very steep uphill road. B) The bathroom was very small so we bumped our elbows multiple times even after being so careful. C) There is a sewage drain nearby, so we couldn't open our windows or sit in the balcony or else the room was filled with very pungent smell D) The bathroom had no ventilation again escalating the smell issue. E) The cleaning was done maybe once during our stay. F) To visit areas like Interlaken via public transport, you need to go back to Spiez since there is no direct bus/train, which will add significant time in your travel

A gem of a homestay with a great view to the lake

The place is a gem. Very calm and perfect view to the Lake Thun. We loved every moment of the stay we had. It was cozy homestay with basic amenities. Nothing fancy. Host Eva and Daniel were always there when you need them.

It was pretty hot for couple a of days like everywhere in Europe when we stayed. There was a fan provided which really helped in night.

Welcoming stay with great views

Eva is the most welcoming and amazing host. She is bringing this grand guest house back to life with vintage flair. The view from the balconies and terrace over the lake is glorious. It's a great base from which to discover the alps.

We booked a double room without a kitchen by mistake so Eva kindly let us use the hotel's communal kitchen on our first night. We were then able to transfer into an apartment which was just wonderful. Gorgeous lake views from the bedroom and living room. Very clever and well equipped kitchen and small functional bathroom. It was perfect.

This place is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to coming back.

We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

We enjoyed our stay at Eva’s!

Eva was really welcoming and responsive! We arrived really late but she still helped us settle in and was kind enough to lend us adapters when we asked for it. The place was clean, had everything we needed and facilities were all perfectly functioning. The balcony was really spacious and we had a stunning view of the lake. The place itself and its surroundings were pretty quiet. We had a comfortable stay!

You’ll need to walk uphill from the nearest bus station so it could be a little troublesome especially with luggage, but this isn’t really their fault, so I’d say it’s still a great place to stay at.

Beautiful views and amazing host!

Eva was so lovely and gave us an upgrade when we arrived. She also let us have a late checkout to enjoy the lake view outside the balcony. The views from the property are unobstructed and beautiful! This place is perfect if you have a car as there are also plenty of spaces to park.

A Home and Away

The host Eva was certainly very hospitable lady. She stay in the same building and check-in is simple. The apartment is well equip and all essentials is available, from cooking cutlery till tourist information. View from the room overlook the lake. Car park is just in front of the house. Certainly will recommend this lovely enclave.

A perfect choice to combine comfortable and hospitality

Eva is the best! I planned 2 days stay in Interlaken area, unfortunately i got serious sick and fever. Fortunately, Eva is taking care of me! She helped me booked the doctor in the village, drive me to the clinic, and even cooked the super tasty pumpkin soup for me in the evening! I missed my chance to explore the scenery of middle Switzerland, but i gain a ‘unique’ experience in different way, because of Eva! BTW, the apartment is clean, cosy, facing to the lake, with perfect view, location is quite OK, in the middle of Spiez and Interlaken. A surely recommended place to stay!

Amazing stay with a breathtaking lake view

Our host Eva was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She checked us in and explained everything about the property. We stayed in a small room (no 224) and it was clean and good size. But the best of all was the breathtaking view we got from the balcony. Eva kindly let us use the rest of the shared balcony and the apartment next to our room since it was vacant. There is a bus stop within a few minutes of walking and the main train station is about 10 minutes bus trip away although we did not use the public transport as we were driving. Enough parking place available in front of the property as well. There is a huge commercial kitchen downstairs with tables (used to be a restaurant) which can be used if you wish to make coffee, heat your food etc.

The size of the bathroom in our room was small however, the bathroom in the larger apartment was better.

The location: close to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen for day trips but in a magical place only 15 minutes away overlooking Lake Thunersee and at the base of many hiking trails. The view from our room was phenomenal. And Eva, our host was lovely!

One of the most beautiful places in world. Family hotel with Breathtaking views of astonishing Swiss nature. Strategically located close to popular mountain resorts (Adelboden, Grindelwald…). Peaceful and very friendly neighborhood. Comfortable modern rooms, Fashionably furnished and well equipped. Hotel provides as well washing facilities etc. VERY CLEAN AREA 👍🏻 Eva is Very kind and friendly host. She is always around to help you, give information or provide recommendations. Neighborhood is calling for cycling, hiking adventures 😊 or just relax on the hotel terrace. Personal car park and great wifi connection!

Unser Aufenthalt in Eva’s Seeblick war in jeder Hinsicht wunderschön. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die ruhige Lage, mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Thunersee, lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Alles war bestens organisiert, die Kommunikation freundlich und unkompliziert, sodass wir uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Eva’s Seeblick ist ein Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause fühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter. Incroyable sejour grace a Eva

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ces appartements qui ont une vue absolument magnifique sur le lac — vraiment un effet waouh dès l’arrivée. L’appartement était superbe, très beau, propre, chaleureux et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Un immense merci surtout à notre hôte, Eva, qui a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Elle est attentionnée, disponible et vraiment aux petits soins. Elle a même eu la délicatesse de nous prêter une machine à raclette, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus convivial et mémorable. Franchement, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés, et encore merci à Eva pour son accueil incroyable ! Kamelia et Yasmine
