Chalet Lisette in the Bernese Oberland - newly renovated, fantastic view

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for 6 people spacious, comfortable, in a great central location, and very clean. The views were incredible, and the sunsets were absolutely insane. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided, like shampoo, suncream and coffee, it meant we wanted for nothing during our stay. The only small thing to note is that there wasn’t a freezer, so we couldn’t make or keep ice. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was clean. It was hard to find at first, but it has parking which just fit the van we rented. It was far from most of the attractions and not really close enough to walk to anything which was hard with kids. The upstairs bathroom has a very low ceiling so it was difficult for some our family members to use it. The rest of the apartment was spacious and clean. Host was responsive, and helped with questions or concerns we had.

This was our first holiday in Switzerland and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than Chalet Lissette.The chalet was immaculate and had a real homely feel from the moment we walked in. Esther our host was amazing and answered and questions we had promptly. The location was stunning and was within driving distance of all of the places we planned to visit. Spiez was 15mins drive and the lido and lake is great for adults and children to swim. The fenicular to the summit of Niesen is 5 mins drive and is well worth a visit for the panoramic views.We will definitely be back here to create more memories.
