Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Parking, single garage. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 850 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 50 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Oeschinensee, Blausse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden - Lenk, Nordic Arena Kandersteg. Hiking paths: Sunnbüel - Gemmi, Lötschental.
