It is a nice, clean apartment, having enough space for 4 people; it provides all you need, it is located in city center, having free parking available nearby. For us, it was a good location for exploring the surroundings, as Cortina is 45-50 min. and Auronzo just 30 driving distance.

A typical Italian apartment with four separate rooms. They are on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well-equipped and located on the first floor in the town centre, on a relatively quiet street. Grocery stores and other essential shops are just a short walk away. Although the pre-arrival instructions seemed quite strict, everything went smoothly in the end. We arrived in time for check-in, the lady at the office was very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find basic essentials, including salt, which came in handy for cooking dinner after we had forgotten to bring our own.

Before arrival, we received very detailed instructions emphasizing that there would be no food provided in the apartment, along with strict check-in times, mandatory document verification at the office, and a significant additional fee for late arrival. The tone felt a bit intimidating at first, although the actual check-in experience turned out to be pleasant and hassle-free.
