Pretty good

It did the job we needed it for. Spent 6 nights there. Bedroom is absolutely huge, but the rest of the apartment is on the smaller side. It does have a washing machine, cutlery, crockery, instructional booklet, spare blankets, spare toilet paper and other little accessories. Despite being an apartment it is run properly.

Bathroom and shower is tiny. TV is small and in a weird spot. Not a lot of space in the lounge room, but you can spread your stuff out in the bedroom instead

Excellent location, very spacious

Amazing location - very close (300m) to the city center (coffee shops, cosmetics, supermarket, pharmacy etc). Excellent self check-in experience, with detailed instructions and a video so it was impossible to miss it! Also, in the apartment you'll find detailed instructions on how everything works, which is useful. The apartment is very spacious, the bedroom is huge, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need, everything was clean and tidy. The host, Ileana, was very responsive and helpful! The building has couple of covered parking spots and 2 open parking spots, they are not guaranteed but we always found an empty spot to park.

There is no coffee machine but we brought ours and there are plenty coffee shops very near, opening at 8:00 AM and very cheap :)

Die Deckenbeleuchtung, die man nicht ganz abschalten kann, in den Schlafzimmern fanden wir nachts störend.

Non vale il prezzo pagato. A cominciare da un noiosissimo checkin online che non funzionava. Nessuno si è visto durante i 3 giorni. TV incastrata tra un calorifero e una trave che copriva metà schermo. Ascensore che è meglio non usare dalle 16 alle 7 di mattina.. Parcheggio difficoltoso in zona. Stanza mansardata per cui occhio alla testa. Pulizia ok. Attrezzatura ok ma un po' casuale

Casa spaziosa, accogliente e calda, curata nei minimi dettagli!

la struttura era molto accogliente, calda e al nostro arrivo abbiamo d trovato già le cose di prima necessità: acqua, sale , olio e condimenti vari, detersivo per piatti (anche per la lavastoviglie) e per la lavatrice, shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

L’unico consiglio che mi sento di dire é la presenza di pochi asciugamani, solo uno grande per la doccia e uno piccolo per viso e mani, mancava l’asciugamano da bidet!

Közel volt a belvároshoz, könnyen lehetett parkolni, szép kilátás volt a szobából.

Много, много чисто. Ново обзавеждане. Просторен апартамент. Много удобно легло и възглавница. Дискретно настаняване. Благодарности за комплимента! Локацията, като отправен пункт за разглеждане на градафе супер.

Само две неща, за които собствениците нямат никаква вина: Първото е, че има паркоместа, но ако пристигнете късно и някой е заел по-широките, ще трябва да паркирате на такова, където има опасност да ви одраскат автомобила. Това се случи с нас, но, когато имаш Каско, не е фагално. Затова, планирайте да дойдете по-навреме и всичко ще е наред! Другото е, че локацията е на градска улица и е шумно до около 22 ч. Сутрин, камионът за боклук задължително ще Ви събуди, ако не сте затворили прозореца. Но това изобщо не разваля отличните впечатления.

Alloggio comodo e spazioso in un bel contesto, piacevoli i colori, specialmente nel bagno, tantissime finestre per arieggiare, presente anche un balconcino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro...

La mancanza di un separé sul balconcino, data la continuità con l'alloggio adiacente, ma non è stato un grosso problema dato che abbiamo ovviato con lo stendino del bucato😅

Ottima posizione, alloggio grande e pulitissimo

Un po' difficoltoso il parcheggio a causa di qualche maleducato che, nonostante le chiare indicazioni del proprietario, parcheggiavano lungo la rampa di accesso. Unico consiglio relativo all"alloggio: consiglierei per i soggiorni di qualche giorno di dotare anche di una tovaglia, ma è proprio l' unico appunto che posso fare, perché era dotato di tutto

Passende Unterkunft für einen Städte Trip! Mitsammt Familie!

Die Lage ist super! Der Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sehr komfortabel und beide sauber!

Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt ein Problem mit der Heizung welche immer weiter geheizt hatte. Ileana hat sich aber sehr bemüht das Problem zu beheben! Dies geschah auch! Leider erst in der am letzten Abend! Ich will aber die gute Kommunikation und die Bemühungen sehr loben!

Veramente rilassante e comodo

Direi tutto, un appartamento completo di ogni necessità anche per lunghi soggiorni, situato a cinque minuti a piedi da Piazza dei Martiri, il cuore di Belluno. Sicuramente ci tornerò presto.

E' capitato, a volte, che alcuni ospiti della struttura non rispettino le regole, soprattutto riguardo gli orari di silenzio, ma son cose che possono capitare e certamente non è colpa della struttura.
