Clean Good location Hot shower
I requested early check-in and was out hiking in the Dolomites without phone access. When I arrived, I tried calling the owner with no response, but fortunately, the housekeeper let me in. Then the owner attempted to charge a 50 euro early check-in fee. I have travelled extensively and have never been charged for checking in early, especially when the room was already vacant and ready. True hospitality is about courtesy and guest experience, not nickel-and-diming for extra profit. This really turned my off my experience.
