Dario met us to check us into the property. He was very welcoming, helpful and gave us great recommendations for pizza. There was also a washing machine which was great for our clothes after hiking.

Modern apartment, great facilities - a fantastic experience in a beautiful town!

Superb location with amazing views from every room - including the toilet! Well appointed and modern apartment with good facilities including a rainfall shower, balcony facing the mountains and whirlpool bath. Easy access to the motorway, interesting hikes (including Bus Del Buson), supermarkets and restaurants so that other incredible places, like Cortina, are well within reach in just over an hour's drive. La Trappola, where we ate on our final night, was outstanding - great food (mains meals served in frying pans) at a reasonable price in relaxed surroundings. Dario, the host, was really good and so very helpful and showed us most things we needed through WhatsApp videos or web links. We had such a good time, seeing amazing sights and pushing our limits when hiking secure in the knowledge that the lovely apartment was waiting for us when we got back. Third photo is the view from the balcony, the second from the bath in the bedroom, the first Lago Del Mis. Enjoy!

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to everyone - thanks Dario - it was superb! Minor suggestions - even better if there were a small table and two chairs on the balcony. Also a handbook of the facilities and how to use them, local sights, recommended restaurants etc would also be good for those less conversant with internet searching.

Excellent stay

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and bright, with great views of the mountains. It was extremely clean and organized, however the kitchen was missing some basic products such as salt, detergent and a sink cloth. Dario received us very well, and gave us precious tips on what to do in the region

All in all was good and affordable. If it weren't for the lack of heating, the stay would be ok.

1. Having access to the heating system during our stay, given the cold season temperatures. My family complained about the cold temperature during the night. 2. The access to the building is a bit complicated. E.g. Elevator can not be accessed from the assigned parking level.

The host is very fast and friendly in his responses and actively send messages the moment you make a confirmed reservation. I felt warmly welcomed to Belluno and the apartment thanks to the host. The place is spacious and fully equipped with facilities (e.g. washing machine, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, fridge etc.).

The owner was intrusive and threatening, demanded money. They found reasons to call daily and when I did not answer his calls demanded entry at 21:30. No top sheet or blanket.

At the time of our stay, they were renovating the parking lot so we have to park outside. But it was not a problem.

Na een week wandelen is het heel fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt op loopafstand van het centrum en het busstation. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Belluno zelf is niet zo veel te beleven.

Große, wie angegeben ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon, gute ruhige Lage am Rand der Innenstadt, schöne Aussicht zu den Bergen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten für den PKW, sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter, gute kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe

Auf das Whirlpool hätten wir gerne zugunsten eines Geschirrspülers verzichtet (war aber vorher bekannt), statt eines einfachen Kleiderständers wäre ein Schrank wünschenswert gewesen (Überraschung!), Balkon nicht benutzbar, da unmöbliert
