Pretty comfortable, beds softer than most Japanese beds we encountered.
Very spacious, gave us plenty of space to get our luggage sorted out. Very quiet location in the residential area, so the only thing you hear at night is crickets. You get assigned free parking spot almost right next to the entrance ( the apartment is on the second floor).
On a good day, you can see Mt. Fuji from the city, I'm not sure if it's visible from the apartment.
Within an hour's drive, there are plenty of great Fuji lookouts.
Very nice owner, we were running a bit late with arrival due to traffic and there was no issue with that.
If you don't have a car, there is not much close by, not sure about public transport in the area. It didn't affect us since we had a car.

Spacious accommodation and well design for comfortable living. Attentive host is always an absolute hospitality. Location is nearby the bus station and 711 so it elevated the comfort of our stay!
