I loved having a whole house to myself; I appreciated the privacy and the space, and while it was located on a busy road, the surrounding buildings were quiet. The amenities were helpfully labeled, and I appreciated having air conditioners in multiple rooms. The host was also very responsive when I needed help figuring out how to turn the hot water on.
I think it would've been much easier to navigate to the property + around the area with a car, or even a bicycle. That's not the fault of the property, since I was the one traveling on foot (and I also like getting my steps in, so I didn't mind too much). I just want other travelers to know that desired destinations in Yamanashi might not be as accessible, or might take longer to reach, without a vehicle.

部屋が広く、清潔だった点。
家電、調味料、お皿類、アメニティ等が大変充実しており、過ごしやすかった。
値段が安い。庭でBBQができる点。

一棟丸ごと貸切で自由度も高く、また、設備についてもリノベーションされており不自由がない点。
二階の寝室に扉がなく、若干空調の効きが悪いかなと感じた点。

清潔で広々とした部屋
駐車場と荷物積み下ろし時玄関前に一時停車できる
テレビがあれば良いと思いました。
