Corrisponde perfettamente a foto e descrizione. Terrazzo meraviglioso, stanze e
Bagni comodi, sala e cucina molto ampie. Arredato per farti sentire a casa. Proprietaria e governante sempre disponibili e presenti senza ingombrare. Piscina bellissima e pulitissima immersa in un’oasi di pace tra gli ulivi ad un passo dalla Movida e dai servizi di Ipsos.

The Villa is lovely, divided into four apartments. Decor is charming, the rooms are spacious - we had three bedrooms, one en-suite with two other bathrooms. Space outside was lovely but too warm for us. The shared pool is large, and we spent lots of time in it! Immediate surroundings makes the house feel private and there are nice views out to Ipsos and beyond.
The toilet issue will be a challenge for some but totally understandable.
Ipsos is about 1km down the road and it's a busy strip - not what we expected and a little off-putting. Great if you're in your twenties! Make sure you look beyond the small convenience shops (very expensive).

De grote van het huis en de ligging. Niet in een drukke omgeving maar rustig achteraf.
Het was een prima huis. Het enige is dat er misschien iets teveel prullaria in huis stond en dat de bank niet lekker zat.

Super behulpzame gastvrouw. De locatie is fantastisch. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht. Het voelt als een warm huis. Heerlijk zwembad.
