Great stay, very local, humble but nice. Definitely woth it.
Nice apartament only 5 minutes away fromIpsos beach, nice views and location. It had air conditioning which was primordial with the hot weather.
The dimensions of the bathroom, it was a bit small.

Номер был светлый, чистый, старенький кухонный уголок, но все работало. Отдельный балкончик с уютной мебелью и красивым видом. На кухне электрическая плита с духовкой, холодильник, чайник, мойка, кухонные принадлежности - кастрюли, сковорода, миски, ложки , кружки, стаканы. Есть парковка.
Расположение отеля немного в далеке от других домов, вечером возвращаешься домой мимо пустырей, что немного страшно. При заселении никто не прислал инструкции - пришлось звонить на вотсап, и все быстро решилось. Звукоизоляция плохая, соседи сверху после 12 ночи начинали двигать мебель, что было очень слышно и мешало спать. Чтобы принять душ, нужно было в счётчике включать тумблер и через 15 минут была горячая вода) уборная очень маленькая. Кровать неудобная, а ещё были комары, которые не давали спать. А ещё при выселении пришла уборщица и в 8 утра стала пытаться попасть в номер, она думала, что я должна была выехать вчера -- перепутала 🤷‍♀️
