Aphrodite House

The house has two bedrooms so it's perfect for a family, In fact, it is pretty plain but it had everything you could need. It was very well equipped. Just beware of the one step down to the kitchen. None of us saw it. Another good thing is that there is ample parking space in about 60-70 metres from the house if you don't want to leave your car on the busy main street. Also, the sea is very near, 3 minutes by car on a narrow side road or maybe 10-12 minutes on foot? Plus, the beach is rather good.

Please be aware that its entrance is right on the main street so sometimes it could get a bit noisy for some people, even though all doors and windows are new so rather soundproof. One more thing is that when we used the portable shower head, the water pressure was very low. When we used the overhead shower head, the pressure was fine. It's not a deal breaker, it's just for informational reasons.

We had an amazing experience at Aphrodite House. The home is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and perfectly located. We were four friends traveling together and the house had everything we needed - including private parking, which was a big plus. Spiros, the host, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home right away. On our last day, we had a late flight and asked if we could stay longer - he immediately said yes, no problem at all. That made a huge difference for us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Corfu!

Lovely cottage, spotless, plenty of room, small outside seating area, lovely host, bus stop was only 2 minutes walk away taking you to Corfu town or the opposite way to Ipsos beach. Spiros and his family were fantastic hosts, lovely friendly people

The road was very busy and could be noisy at times
