Excellent location, as central as can be. Also close to 2 train stations. Very spacious, all the necessary items you might need, clean and comfortable. Great shower.

It took us a while to understand how the ACs worked (and I’m not sure we fully understood) - but they eventually did and the temperature was very nice. However, when trying to figure it out, we did have to write and ask, and the answers were in no way clarifying.

The hotel across the street had the keys and a front desk making check -in easy and a place to leave luggage. But they also weren't affiliated with the property so couldn't answer questions about check out time (and that wasn't super clear.) which has to be run through the online system. The coffee and bottled water was a nice touch, and they had bath soap/shampoo from the hotel across the street.

The apartment itself did have 2 BRs and the advertised amenities. The layout was a little strange--you had to walk up a set of stairs to reach the apartment, and the 2nd bedroom was across a small hall and had 2 beds and 2 cribs set up (I'd recommend taking the cribs down unless requested since the room was small and cramped.) The shower drain was also fairly clogged and laundry was not set up, though there was a machine in the bathroom. No views from the apartment. The tourist tax could only be paid in cash/Euros which wasn't disclosed until arrival and probably should be since we mostly did not use cash so had to scramble to get some. They also wouldn't extend check out by even an hour which was unfortunate. Luckily the hotel across the street held our bags for a bit.

Tutto molto ottimo. Il personale è stato super-efficiente. Sarà la mia prima scelta, nel caso dovessi tornare a Como.

In realtà faccio fatica a trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto...mmm...forse non aver potuto pranzare al ristorante dell'hotel, perché era super gettonato...ma ci siamo rifatte con la colazione, veramente molto buona e diversificata...avrei voluto rubare qualche ricetta allo chef.
