Great location, close to the tube, and nice neighborhood, convenience store was handy. The property went out of their way to assist us with parking, as we found parking in UK is not easy or user friendly, the Ringo app does not validate for international travellers.
The unit was not equipped with linens for the pullout bed, the pullout was also uncomfortable.

Good location, nice apartment
The kitchen was not well equipped (e.g. two knives for 4 people, plastic plates, etc.). The sofa bed was not too comfortable and we had to look for the additional bed linen.

It was clean and tidy in good location. Comfy bed and shower gel provided
Check-in was 2pm but we weren’t sent the code till 2.45pm so missed dropping bags off before going to work / out to an event tonight. Not great The lockbox was extremely stiff and hard to get into. To the extent we locked door and posted key back through it as couldn’t open to leave key as we checked out Towels were rigid, old and thin
