A localização era boa, com o metrô se chegava rápido no centro. A dona também super amável, e atenciosa. Chegamos e tinha a tv com uma música de fundo, bem legal! A limpeza de tudo estava muito boa, os equipamentos de cozinha novos e limpos. Apesar do calor tbm tinham um ventilador que ajudava mto a noite.

Apenas a cama que seria para duas pessoas, achei um pouco pequena. Mas conseguimos ajustar com o sofá, que era grande no modo cama, e com os edredons que havia na casa.

It was a bit difficult to find the house at first because the google maps sent me to the other entrance and not the correct one. I have warned the host and I believe they have since included a guide to help find the house from that entrance

The decor of the apartment was good with a few luxury touches such as the marble tiled floors in the bathroom and kitchen, and the lighting. The host Khaya was exceptional, and its clear she has made great efforts to provide the necessary conveniences. The property was fully equipped and everything there was clean and kept to a good standard. The host also went out of her way to ensure I had a parking permit for both days which was nice. Close to shops so easy to grab a takeaway or make your own. Was travelling with my 2 adult sons who rely on good TV and internet which did not disappoint. Shower worked fine nice and hot.

The only 2 points I could fault was the location which, being an inner city apartment in a multi level block did give me reservations until I saw the inside. To be honest it wasn't an issue travelling with my boys, but would have thought differently if I was with a partner or on a romantic break, as the number of security gates and bars were a little off-putting. Would also definitely be a problem for people with mobility isssues to navigate the stairs. I appreciate the host cannot change this. Only other issue was no bedding in the lounge, so son and I had to sleep under the throw. This could be due to the cleaning team not replacing this after the previous guest left.

The host was quick to communicate and helpful. We had an issue with the parking and the host was quick to remediate the issue. The security was great.

We didn't realise the flat was upstairs, perhaps we missed this in the listing. Travelling with family members with limited mobility, this made it difficult. It was moderately clean and could have benefited from a deep clean.
