Whenever we had a problem it was sorted and fixed the same day and the host was absolutely lovely about everything.
Upon immediate arrival we noticed the flat was one bedroom and a sofa bed, when it was advertised as 2 bedrooms (this was however easily fixed with the sofa bed). The bathroom had been recently used and not cleaned (specifically the toilet), and for our first night the heating did not work, however when I emailed the next morning it was fixed that same day.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es que tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con platos, vasos y cubiertos. La cama y el sofá eran cómodos y la zona ers tranquila para descansar y tiene muchos servicios cerca.
No estaba muy limpio, además el vater no tiraba de la cadena. El lavabo funcionaba por momentos y en general el baño carecía de higiene en general.
