Kościuszki Chic Studio with Garden by BookingHost

Everything there wasn't one thing we could complain about. Excellent communication, very clean and tidy. Lovely apartments would definitely book again if visiting Krakow again.

We couldnt find any issues.

Dobra lokalizacja

The apartment is very modern and well presented, just as shown in the pictures. It is clean. The shower is spacious. There is a full-size drying rack for laundry. The location worked well for my needs as well.

However, the hosts are extremely cheap with regards to providing any of the basics that one would need for more than a single-night stay. There was NOTHING in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper, which means that I had to go and buy those things on my own. Those are non-perishable and are usually provided by the property. There were NO paper products in the whole apartment other than toilet paper; no napkins, no tissues, no paper towels. Even the toilet paper that they provided was not enough to last the full week of my stay. The only soap provided was the standard single paper-wrapped square block of soap that you usually get at a hotel. I had to buy all those things on my own, which was not that expensive, but definitely annoying. Even more annoying was the attitude of the hosts who kept saying it's not in their policy to provide those extras. It was like talking to a robot who cannot deviate from a script. For how nice the place is their bare-bones attitude is kind of gross. Those are the things that could be easily solved by the hosts. In addition to that, there is no outlet next to the bed to charge your phone or devices overnight. There is no nightstand either, for that matter. The washer is buried deep inside the hidden closet in the bathroom, behind all the vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools/supplies. I had to move all those things aside to be able to access the washing machine. These last few things are also solvable, but I found them to be less offensive than their cheapness with the lack of soap or the napkins. Finally, and this part is completely outside of their control, the apartment gets almost no natural light. The windows are great, but because it's on the ground level and there is an overhang from the floor above and a tall building right next to it, there is very little natural light that comes in, even on a sunny day. I did not like that part at all; but again, that's not something that the hosts can control.
