I will definitely come back here again) The room is spacious and clean, there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, microwave, induction hob and oven, large wardrobe, quite spacious, TV and WiFi, there are also dishes, it is very easy to cook something, I really liked the bathroom, clean spacious and very comfortable, soundproofing in the room is also at a high level, the swimming pool, sauna and gym are very close, on the -1st floor, you don't need to go outside the house, everything is inside, the location is quite good, there are shops and restaurants nearby, there are tram and bus stops, it is very easy to get to any point of the city, cross the road from the hotel and you immediately go out onto the river embankment , there is also heating in the cold season

Of the minuses, only 1 is obvious, there is no air conditioning in the room, it was hot, I had to sleep with the windows open all night, maybe I somehow didn't see it or didn't find it, but still it wasn't there
