Locatie prima. Mooi balkon. Goede airco. Schoon. Goede parkeergarage aan dezelfde straat naast de ingang.
De instructie voor de ingang van de parkeergarage was fout, er werd voor de ingang verwezen naar de straat om de hoek. Maar die is alleen nodig om even te parkeren om de sleutel op te halen. Slordig en vreemd ook.

Recht neue Möbel, grosser smart-TV (den ich nicht bedienen konnte...). Sauber. Sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage mit Wachschutz am Eingang. Küche mit Geschirrspüler- alles da. Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl... Haltestelle vor der Tür mit Ticket-Automat. Kurzer Weg ins Zentrum. Fenster sehr(!) gut Schall-isoliert. Klima-Anlage!
Die Angabe bezüglich der Einfahrt in die Garage ist Quatsch. In der genannten Nebenstrasse ist nichts! Die Einfahrt mit Schranke ist von der Hauptstrasse zu erreichen. Die Tor-Öffner musste man intensiv bearbeiten, damit das Tor aufging.... Der Balkon ist nur 1,5qm und da steht noch die Klimaanlage. 2 Menschen passen ENG gerade so drauf. Zum Verweilen eher ungeeignet. UND= Dort wohnen Tauben, die ihre Ausscheidungen auf dem Balkon hinterlassen. Nicht so toll. Vielleicht spannt man da mal ein Netz oder so.

Ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van centrum Krakau (15 a 20 minuten) langs de rivier. Eigen parkeerplaats op -2 in de parkeergarage. Beetje krap maar wel luxe. Goeie communicatie met verhuurder.
Lastig dat de opener voor de garage in het appartement ligt. Je kunt niet zomaar voor de deur stilstaan. Maar dat is een kleinigheidje.

The property is really nice and offers all needed amenities. Located close to both a scooter parking station and the tram stop to the centre it is really convenient. An Italian coffee shop on the ground floor makes it the perfect spot to grab your morning cappuccino
Nothing to report although the tv stations did. It work(apps such as Netflix etc did work however). Also I was confused when arriving by car by the welcome message in the booking app that mentions the entrance to the parking is on komorowskiego street…it’s not; it’s right on the Kosciuszki street itself and don’t be detracted by the no entry sign (it’s not for the occupants of the building).
