Really nice house. Everything felt new. Let me see if I can go in some sort of order!
The road to the house is well paved but steep, narrow and with sharp turns. No issue for any type of vehicle. The last short stretch was gravel and very steep. We have a small AWD suv, so no issues there. I don't think any vehicle would have problems. Now, in a strong rain storm you may want to be careful. Snow? Definitely talk to the host about conditions. The advantage of being perched this high though, is a nice view and privacy.
The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. They did a really good job on this. Regular coffee maker and Keurig. Not really any food items (spices, sugar, salt, etc.) so you'll want to have that. Maybe there haven't been enough people yet to leave that stuff behind.
Nice great room with a good TV and some games in the cabinet. Big dining room table.
Great hot water, air and heat.
Nice grill, hot tub and a big deck to relax. Close to Bryson City, Cherokee and the Blue Ridge Pkwy.
Highly recommended.
