Super cute cabin, clean, and well stocked. Primary bedroom upstairs was nice and bed was comfortable. The view of the mountains was amazing
Driveway was very difficult to maneuver. We drove a Chevy Silverado High Country pickup truck. Had to reverse and do 3 point turns several times just to get up the road Grandview Parkway to the house. Parking area at the house had no room to turn the truck around. It would have been impossible for more than one vehicle unless they were small cars. Listing states parking for THREE vehicles.
Gas grill would only light on one side and the ignition switch did not work so we had to light it manually. There were 3 propane tanks so we assumed there was plenty but one was completely empty and the other two had been used and were very low. We managed with the small amount we had and the malfunctioning grill. There was no cover for the grill and it was exposed to the rain. It rained so we did not try the gas fire pit.
Renters should plan to bring groceries and plan to eat at the cabin because once you get up there you can't leave after dark.

We enjoyed everything about our stay
The drive up is a little intense but after the first trip it’s not so bad at all but wouldn’t try it in the winter time

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and WAY UP on the mountain! The view was amazing!
All the locks on all the doors are janked up. We has to jiggle, pull, push, and truly struggle to get them locked every time we left the cabin and at night time. Good thing there wasn't ice or snow that wknd, or would have wasted $800 and would be staying in a hotel related to the drive up and down the mountain. You should be more specific about driving conditions up to the cabin more than just a few days prior to trip. Luckily, we had rented a Cheokee Wagoneer that got us anywhere we wanted to go. But my mustang would HAVE NEVER MADE IT up and down those steep climbs in ice or snow. I'm not sure ANYTHING would make it on ice.

The cabin was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the seclusion, it was a quiet place for us to meet, we had a diverse group of riders. We were from Georga, Missippi, West Vagina, and North Carolina we rode every day and did 900 miles that week. The grill was great and the place had enough dishes and utensils for 6 of us to eat and cook. The beds were good and sleep well with no complaints from anyone.
The driveway leading up to the property is quite steep with several steep switchbacks if you are coming with a motorcycle it is doable but not for the beginner, and should only be done in the summer, the parking at the house was limited, and the development could use some better street signs. We had no access to the internet nor wifi, but we had a good enough cell signal to communicate and did not pursue it with the management as we came to have fun and socialize. The house had several little problems but nothing that took away from our trip after all it is a rental property and gets lots of use, the property was in overall good shape
