The location was fine. One street back from the Esplanade. Easy walking to the beach, the main shops at Burleigh Heads and near the bus stop. Apartment was adequate. Clean and neat.
There was nowhere to sit to enjoy the sun. The balcony (small) only got a little bit of sunlight in the afternoon and there wasn't really anywhere else to sit on the property to read and enjoy being in sunny GC.

The property was ok for a short stay. Good location. Couldn’t use the pool as there were maintenance occurring.
I didn’t like the amount of emails I continually received asking for the same information as well as accusing me that I had spoken rudely to a cleaner which wasn’t the case.
