Location and view was excellent
Cleanliness and maintenance need attention. No conditioning. Noisy at night due to vehicles & close proximity to bars and during the day with construction across the road.

We loved the location of the apartment as well as the layout of the apartment. Super spacious
The carpark. We understand it is beyond the owners control as it is an older building with the tight carpark spaces.

Perfect location! Whale watching from the balcony, walk across the road to the beach and close enough go to James St for convenience without being in the thick of noise.
It’s a bit tired. The fridge has a persistent puddle of water under it. There’s only one bathroom and despite having parking spot in the garage it was used by a permanent occupant of the block. We were able to park on the street without hassle.
