The property is located 12 km from Gold Coast Airport. By car, the journey will take around 20 minutes. By public transportation, the journey will take around 25 minutes.

WARNING: If the smoke alarm goes off due to the toaster, do not open the entrance door, as this will trigger the building smoke alarms and result in the Fire Brigade coming to the apartment. If there is a callout fee, you will be held responsible for the cost of a false alarm.

The property was as advertised, amazing views and great location. The internet was a bit slow when working. But everything else was great.
