The Coach House - Mudeford Quay

Property was close to all amenities, A few minutes away from beach Property very well presented and fully equipped with everything for stay

I liked everything about the property One small suggestion to enhance stay would be a Better tv with more channels ie Netflix

Had everything you needed from cooking oil / salt to toilet roll / kitchen roll…. Even 1 pint of milk in the fridge. Beautiful fresh flowers. Lovely bedding. Well laid out. Allocated parking space 👍

Toilets had been bleached but the downstairs toilet seat was dirty, general cleanliness was ok. Daughter commented on pulling out a jenga piece from under settee that it was full of crumbs. Overall nothing major. Very happy.

Brilliant location for my needs. Very private accommodation. Excellent communication with the host. Everything that I could’ve needed for my short break.

Really pleased with our stay, great location for the beach, Highcliffe and local pubs/dining. We were sent all the details we needed to find the property, access to the parking and house keys, communication was excellent. On arrival the house was clean and tidy, nice touch with milk ready for us to have a brew! Towels and linen was provided. The kitchen was well equipped with a decent size fridge. Downstairs was spacious and airy, upstairs equally so, ideal for a couple for a few nights. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The modern boiler kept the house nice and warm with ample hot water. We would definitely stay again in the future.

There really isn’t much not to like, a couple of the corners were a little dusty and overall it could do with a freshen up of paint etc, but these are all minor points. We did find the small square shaped hole under carpet in front of the bed a little odd. Not sure if the outside lights work as they didn’t come on, maybe we didn’t find the switch?
