Sandhills Apartments, Mudeford

Loved the welcome by Manager Rich and was fabulous to meet Naomi whom I had spoken with on the phone.The cleanliness of the room was EXCEPTIONAL.(& I'm really fussy)

Carpet on the staircase needs replacing.The TVs in the communal lounge area need to be HD and would be nice to have live streaming on demand in rooms.

Lovely spacious apartments on a pleasant holiday park. Heated swimming pool was a great benefit, and the staff were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the seafront and were lucky there was music on in the bar the two evenings we were there for the bank holiday. We’ll be back !

Very little - there were a couple of bits in the room that needed some maintenance but nothing major

The hot water in the bathroom took nearly 5 minutes to get hot

The location and access to the beach.the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

WiFi - only available in the apartment at an extra cost. Furnishings were tired and the sofa had a stain down one side. Plaster near doorway looked like damp was an issue. The door itself was an external door and not very secure. It was a hot day and the only way to ventilate was to have the entry door open. The shower tiles need a deep clean to remove mould in the grout. Despite being tired it needed a better clean overall. One bedroom smelt musty. Kitchen extractors need a deep clean. Fans in bedrooms were very dusty.
