Excellent location for Chelmsford with a 20 minute walk into town and free parking which is huge in Chelmsford.
Wonderful hosts who messaged all the details required along with video help guides. Didn't need to contact them with any issues but I am fully confident that they would have responded within minutes!
Lovely quiet location and due to the weather the addition of the fans was much appreciated.
Excellent pub around the corner "The Rising Sun".

Apartment was clean and spacious, nice and cool with fans provided as it’s was an extremely hot weekend.
The en-suite shower was slightly temperamental

When they said luxury, they truly meant luxury. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and everything you could possibly need was already there.
The communication was exceptional, they provided clear information, helpful videos, and were always at the end of the phone if anything was needed.
I travel frequently for work, and without question, this is by far the best apartment I have ever stayed

Lovely and clean and in a great position for access to the city through the park.
Blinds are ineffective. You will wake up when the sun rises, which in the summer is not good. This is a “luxurious” flat for four people, so why just one two seater sofa and no other soft furnishing? That’s mad and there’s plenty of room.
For the luxury tag, the beds should be kings, it needs more than the bare minimum 4 pillows and it needs a dishwasher.
