Spacious, bright apartment in the great location with a nice view to the city centre.
Cleaning felt rushed — dirt and a dirty mop were left in the store, walls had minor stains that could easily be fixed, and the entrance was dirty on arrival (though it was cleaned the next day).

The location is interesting right next to Popeyes and the apartment seemed new. Unfortunately, however, the property wasn't properly maintained.
The mattress on the right side of the bed was practically non-existent, and the fan was very weak it was stiflingly hot! Urgent repairs were needed; the shower water wouldn't drain there’s likely no maintenance at all and, worst of all, the dining room chair was broken. Someone had tried to glue it back together, and that’s exactly what caused my boyfriend to fall while we were having lunch. It was literally a precarious situation! There were small cockroaches scurrying around the apartment, and the building entrance was disgusting!
