New London Life Executive Apartments

The property was decorated and presented to a high standard and it was exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed. The hosts were very and incredibly easy to deal with, very helpful indeed. The location in Chelmsford was fabulous, super central and a perfect base for the area.

Location, cleanliness, facilities

Liked everything, just to let you know the window in the lounge of flat 3 won’t shut.

The location of the property was right on a high street, perfect for a tourist. The lovely AM shift receptionist was extremely kind, welcoming and provided as much support during my stay.

Although I was right in the centre, I was also quite close to the river/ water stream/mote, which caused an uncomfortable and unhealthy amount of mosquitos in the room. When I had first asked the AM shift receptionist, she was super helpful and provided me with spray. However I was not able to acquire anymore more from the pm staff even when I had asked if the room could be sprayed whilst being cleaned. I was also unaware (could be my fault for not reading the fine print) the the rooms would be cleaned through the days in which I had left important belonging out on the desk like my passport, money etc.
