Easy instructions to get in and all the home comforts ready for you

It was very well equipped, very central and easy to find PLUS had safe parking. Rooms are not that large but then we werent spending our days there - and you can only get 2 on the balcony so in hot weather there is no outside space [but then it is a flat]. Loved the fact there was light breakfast provided and all the cleaning materials. Also the fact that though its a self contained flat it is in reality a hotel room with the same level of cleaning service. Nice area and good places to eat in the locality and 9 minute walk to John Lewis. Whats there not to love

The bedrooms are quite tight in terms of space - certainly the en suite one was. Four people in the flat was enough - we had to skirt around each other a bit. No big problem cos we were at a festival but I wouldnt have wanted to spend a lot of time in the flat just because of the size.

Nice modern and warm apartment, perfect a for a stay if your doing something in Chelmsford.

Only gripe is the instructions to get into the apartment are not clear. You are told to park in the street which can be tricky and access the apartment first to get a key for access to rear carpark but this is unnecessary as there is no key, you just need to go straight to the gate at the end of the block and use the code provided which will get you in.
