The location, amenities, and communication with the owner were great.
It was hard to sleep on the pull-out couch in a room without air conditioning. The couch had such terrible stains that I was afraid to even touch it, but that same evening, the owner brought a cover so I could finally put a sheet on it.

Beautiful, kinda clean, big balcony
Some of the dishes were dirty, pressure of the water in the shower was low, not everything that was mentioned in the description of the apartment were for real in the apartment ( for instance there was no microwave)
