Очень удобное месторасположение. Прямо над центральной площадью. Красивый вид. Рядом пляж и море. Рядом много точек питания. В номере есть плита и посуда - но до использования дело не дошло. Только чай грели. Много общественного транспорта в пределах 10-15 минут пешком. Конечная автобусов - минут 8 пешком. В номере есть переходники в розетки. Вода горячая есть всегда. Номер достаточно большой.
В номере плохая вентиляция (ее нет). За счет этого в номере есть запах сырости. Из-за того что центральное расположение гостиницы - то балкон открывать не вариант - очень шумно с улицы. В ванне окно на задний двор - тоже не откроешь - шум от кондиционеров и запахи с кухонь от кафе.

L'emplacement est parfait. L'aménagement des espaces et les équipements. La propreté de la partie privée. La qualité de la literie. L'accessibilité en autonomie. L'efficacité du double vitrage. Les places de parking gratuites nombreuses à proximité (à cette période tout au moins).
Les travaux de 7h à 21h tous les jours (samedi et dimanche inclus) avec un volume sonore énorme sous la fenêtre auxquels s'ajoute le volume important de la musique des bars de 21h30 à 0h00 juste en face. Heureusement, le vitrage les réduit fortement mais pas suffisamment pour pouvoir ne pas utiliser de bouchons d'oreille.
Le téléviseur ne donne pas accès aux chaînes locales uniquement netflix ou youtube sur compte personnel (sauf erreur de notre part).

Construction was still going on (which was noted) but it was still in a very central location and easy to get everywhere. It had its quiet family access during the day and social aspect at night. Food in the area was great and I was able to navigate public transport to get to other parts of the island.
Due to the construction and things out of the properties control, I came into bags of trash at the door that stayed the entirety of my trip. I was a bit concerned I understood their instructions wrong but I saw that it was an area wide issue. I would still book again after things have cleared up in the area

Вид из окна был красивый,понравилось расположение
Матрас постоянно рассоединялся так как их два,на постельном белье были какие то пятна,были тараканы,смыв унитаза часто не работал исправно,не работала вытежка на кухне из за этого срабатывали датчики дыма и работала сигнализация два раза,в последние 4 дня проживания с пятницы по понедельник возле входа в подъезд жилья была гора из мусора.
