Well-functioning air conditioning.
The air conditioning is quiet.
I really liked the size of the apartment.
Contact regarding the apartment was fine, I received answers and assistance when needed.
The apartment has great potential, but it would be nice if the owner invested a little in it, because the bathroom really needs it, as does the kitchen and in a new bed or an improvement to this one that is in the bedroom.
The plates and cups were in the kitchen.
I was afraid of the noise after reading the reviews, but we had no problem falling asleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.
When I enter the building, I can smell mold strongly; it is noticeable and visible. I think it's because of the construction here.
The bathroom was terrible in terms of mold, and the water drained very slowly. When we left the apartment to go sightseeing, we aired it out a lot so that we would feel better when we returned and the smell wouldn't be so strong.
The pans and pots were in terrible condition.
The bed in the bedroom was so terrible that whether I rolled over or my partner did, it woke me up and caused discomfort, it was too loud. (We are normal weight, bed looks cool and huge but it shouldn’t make this much noises while rolling )
We saw one large cockroach, which my partner killed. However, there was cockroach spray hidden in the cupboard, and I think it helped a lot because after spraying it on the balcony, we didn't have any more guests.
There is no door handle on the inside of the main entrance door, which is unsafe in case of a fire in the apartment or building, as it would be difficult to escape quickly.
