Overall, I had a very enjoyable two-week stay and would recommend this apartment with a couple of caveats for future guests. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself delivered on comfort — the beds were great and the views were a real highlight. The host was responsive and communicative, which made the whole experience stress-free. On the practical side: there is ongoing construction in Bay Square, so if you're sensitive to noise, this may not be the right fit for you. To the host's credit, I was informed about this in advance, which I appreciated. One thing worth knowing: if the elevator is ever out of service, the staircase is quite narrow and would be tricky to navigate with luggage. That said, during my entire two-week stay the elevator worked without a hitch, so it was a non-issue in practice. All in all, a comfortable, well-located apartment with a great host. Just come prepared for rather intrusive daytime construction noise nearby.
