Very spacious and in a very central location, with all the facilities next to it. well kept and excellent daylight.
Not directly related to the apartment, but the location is quite noisy at night because of the busy nightlife scene. Windows are acoustically insulating well, but during warmer moths, where windows are to be opened, the area is quite noisy. So the property might not be suitable for light sleepers.

Me encantó lo céntrico que estaba. A menos de 5 minutos estabas en el centro y muy calentito. Fue una estancia estupenda. En todo momento hubo buena comunicación con el propietario, incluso tuvimos el último día una pequeña confusión con el día de salida y sin problema y con una actitud muy comprensiva nos supo ayudar.
Las almohadas muy blandas. El resto era perfecto

Great place to stay, superb location. Minutes walk from pubs and restaurants, minutes walk to busses and trams. Very comfortable king size bed, sofa in the living room, small kitchen. Kitchen is good just to cook eggs and make sandwiches if you want to cook proper family meals this is not the place. Great value for money. Super warm and comfortable. Recommended.
The floor was dirty you can see this especially in the bathroom. In general not pleasant. Low level of attention to the cleaning
