It was very clean, downtown spatious and well equipped.

The location was a bit scary, as it was pretty dark at night and seemed a little dangerous especially as a girl.

The location was very good, practically right in the city centre, with the nearest metro station about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was very nicely decorated, modern, clean and felt newly renovated. It was also well equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated the TV with access to YouTube and Netflix, which was very useful and made it easier to relax in the room. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. She allowed us to check in a little earlier once the room was ready and even offered us a bottle of water, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, we felt that the property offered good value for money.

The apartment is located in an old building without a lift, and being on the third floor made carrying heavy suitcases upstairs quite inconvenient. The accommodation felt more like a studio room with a private bathroom than a full-size apartment. The small size itself was not a major issue, but the shared hallway with washing machines meant that noise from other guests could be heard inside our room. Some guests were moving around the corridor early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. The toilet flush was not working properly. After pressing the button, the water continued to run in a small stream and did not stop normally. There was also an issue with the air-conditioning remote control. It seemed either not to be paired with the unit or possibly belonged to another room, as the air conditioning did not respond to the remote at all. The unit was permanently set to 26°C and we were unable to switch it off, change the temperature or adjust the mode. Another small but important issue was the number 9 on the electronic door keypad. It did not always register properly and had to be pressed quite firmly. Guests should be careful when entering the code, as it is easy to make several unsuccessful attempts and accidentally lock the keypad.

We hebben met de rugzak door Centraal-Europa gereisd, en deze accommodatie had veruit de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! De kamer was modern, proper en voorzien van zeer veel stopcontacten. Je merkt echt dat er goed over de indeling, de inrichting en de gebruikte materialen is nagedacht. Bovendien deed de airco uitstekend zijn werk tijdens de bloedhete dagen.Er is geen fysieke receptie, maar dat was absoluut geen nadeel; met vragen kun je vlot terecht via WhatsApp, waar direct en duidelijk op werd geantwoord. De ingang is wat atypisch, maar als je het toegestuurde stappenplan volgt, is binnenraken geen enkel probleem. Ook de ligging was top. Dit is een echte aanrader!

De kamer was op de derde verdieping zonder lift, ik kan mij voorstellen dat dit voor sommige mensen een probleem kan vormen.

Céntrico, tiene aire acondicionado pero no es un apartamento, es una habitación con cocina incluida y un baño.

Es un tercero sin ascensor de un edificio cochambroso y oliendo a basura. No es fácil de encontrar, cancelas metálicas viejas y sin luz por los pasillos.
