Godello - Harbor's Light

Godello is in a super good place in the old town and so close to the sea! It is newly nicely renovated, tiny and cosy. It was very good for one person. The owners even left welcome gifts.

Check-in system did not work for me, but the receptionist helped to resolve the issue. It is advisable to fill up the form they will send you beforehand and see if you get the passcode before you arrive. Also, phone number provided via booking.com is not available after 3pm. They would send you another (receptionist’s) number, look for it. One more thing was the size of the sink in the kitchen, very narrow — good to wash my hands, but a pot would not fit in… however, if you don’t plan to cook, you might hardly notice it!

The accommodation is suitable for two people and for a short stay. It is equipped with all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood is picturesque, and the location is unbeatable. There are supermarkets and many good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant and bar prices are rather high, which is typical in Spain nowadays.

A wider range of kitchen utensils would be desirable.

Dla niektorych woda moze byc za chlodna, dla wielu problemem moze byc toaleta- nie zamyka sie dokladnie i pozostaje szczelina. Dosc glosna lodowka.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa, puedes ir andando sin problemas. Detalle de bienvenida muy bonito, botella de vino blanco y tableta de chocolate VALOR. Se agradece.

La zona donde está ubicado, a pesar de estar cerca de la playa, es un barrio antiguo, calles estrechas, no se puede aparcar el coche porque apenas hay apenas aparcamiento. En la zona, viven familias gitanas con lo que conlleva su forma de vida. El apartamento muy pequeño, todo reducido. Imposible lavarte la cara sin que te caiga agua fuera de la pila. Cama empotrada, si la bajas ya no cabe nadie más en la sala.
